6-Week Home & HIIT workout plan is perfect for women of all fitness levels. Each workout comes with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level repetitions and sets. There are also modifications available for movements that might be considered too difficult for the beginner level.

Please note, this is not a postpartum workout program.

 

I recommend that you are at least 12 weeks postpartum, have been slowly easing your way back into exercise and have been cleared for exercise by your doctor or OBGYN before beginning this program!

HOW TO GET STARTED:

  

Every guide comes with video demonstrations and written form tips so you can execute each move with proper form.  Each workout comes with beginner, intermediate and advanced level reps and sets so you can choose the intensity that works best for you and your current fitness level.  Modifications are provided for exercise movements that might be too difficult for the beginner level. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Dumbbells (I would recommend at least 2-3 different sized weights)

  • A yoga mat

  • A determined mindset!
