- Initial consultation (15-30 minute call) where we review your health history, current lifestyle, food preferences, sleep & stress levels, past & current obstacles to create the first steps in your health & nutrition journey.
- Custom macronutrients and action plan tailored to your goals + adjustments (if/when needed)
- Weekly online check-ins (including progress tracking & feedback)
- Instant messaging support for accountability & guidance (during business hours)
- Access to DO Fitness Macro-Friendly Meal Ideas
- Access to Nutrition Guide (+ tools such as a grocery shopping guide, meal planning guide, goal setting tools, portion sizes guide & more!)
