What you need:
- Dumbbells (at least 2 sizes, but the more variety the better)
- Resistance Bands (linking my recommended thin bands here and my thick bands here)
- Long Loop Band (linking my recommended band here. If you're in the gym you'll use a cable machine instead.)
- Bench equivalent (if you're at home you can use a sturdy chair, coffee table, cooler, etc.)
