A 6-week program designed to build muscle whether you're at home or in the gym!

What you need:

  • Dumbbells (at least 2 sizes, but the more variety the better)
  • Resistance Bands (linking my recommended thin bands here and my thick bands here)
  • Long Loop Band (linking my recommended band here.  If you're in the gym you'll use a cable machine instead.)
  • Bench equivalent (if you're at home you can use a sturdy chair, coffee table, cooler, etc.)
