Sweet Cream Iced Coffee

So simple, yet so satisfying! I’m not sure about you, but the moment spring hits, I transition from my warm coffee in the morning to my iced coffee in the afternoon. Okay, not every day, but a lot of days! I’m just going to get right to facts on this yummy iced coffee drinks that will be putting TONS of money back into your pocket because those Starbucks drinks really add up!


What you’ll need:

  1. Instant Coffee – I used Nescafe Gold

  2. Oat Milk (or your milk of choice) – I used Oatly Barista

  3. Liquid Stevia (again, you can use any sweetener!)

  4. Hand Frother – I got mine off of amazon for less about $10! I’ll link it here for you guys!

Here’s how you do it:


  1. Measure out your instant coffee (I use two small scoops), then add your desired amount of water! I like to keep mine stronger, so I only add a little water. Mix this together well, you could even froth it like I did in the video!

  2. Pour desired amount of oak milk into a separate cup, and add a few drops of liquid stevia. Froth this together for about 15-30 seconds. If you don’t have a frother, you can just shake the oat milk up before pouring it into the cup! Oatly Barista does a really great job at foaming on it’s own!

  3. Add ice to your frothed milk cup.

  4. Pour the instant coffee mixture over the milk & ice.

  5. ENJOY!
