Meet Dana

You can usually find me getting sweaty with my at-home workouts, sipping on a cappuccino at a local coffee shop with my laptop opened up, or outside exploring the world with my little family.


When it comes to fitness, I would like to think I live a fairly balanced life. I love moving my body, but I also love things like chocolate, red wine and netflix!


Over the past few years I’ve gotten pregnant, had a baby, got into the best shape of my life and am about to do it all over again!  During all of these seasons of life, I've relied solely on my at-home workouts for guidance and an amazing online community of women for support. 


I want to show you that you don’t need to spend hours each day at the gym, in fact, you don’t even need to go to the gym! All you need are a few dumbbells, resistance bands, about 30-45 minutes each day, and space to move your body within your own home!
