This 3-phase postpartum guide will progressively walk you through the first few months of your postpartum journey from the early days postpartum to regaining strength and endurance after being cleared for exercise.

Meet Dana

You can usually find me getting sweaty with my at-home workouts, sipping on a cappuccino at a local coffee shop with my laptop opened up, or outside exploring the world with my little family.


When it comes to fitness, I would like to think I live a fairly balanced life. I love moving my body, but I also love things like chocolate, red wine and netflix!


Over the past two years I’ve gotten pregnant, had a baby, and more recently, got into the best shape of my life solely with at-home workouts! I want to show you that you don’t need to spend hours each day at the gym, in fact, you don’t even need to go to the gym! All you need are a few dumbbells, about 30 minutes each day, and space to move your body within your own home!
