FAQ'S

Q: What equipment do I need to workout with you at home?

A: You'll need dumbbells (the more variety, the better), resistance bands (both a thin and thick loop band are recommended), a bench equivalent (a chair, table, or any sturdy surface), and a yoga mat!

Q:  How long do your workouts typically take to complete?

A: It depends on what type of workout you're doing and what level of fitness you're completing.  Most workouts take anywhere between 25-45 minutes to complete!

Q:  I'm new to fitness, would this be a good option for me?

A: Yes!  There's a wide range of reps and sets for each workout, so you'll be able to choose what works best for you and your level of fitness.  You'll also be able to follow along to on-demand workouts for cue's and tips as you perform each movement.
